This wedding started as a nice surprise. Ilaria and Gustavo spoke to us just two weeks before their wedding in Puglia, Italy took place. And from that moment on, it was time to start preparing everything for the big day.

It was amazing how quickly it all came together and we are so happy to have been a part of this adventure. All the people were very nice to us. It was a wedding of Italians and Portuguese - two cultures so happy and warm celebrating side by side the joy of the union of this Italian and Portuguese marriage.

The night before the wedding, Ilaria and Gustavo hosted an informal and cozy dinner with some of their family and friends. It near Ostuni in a trullo village, an iconic type of architecture from that region.

The festivities took place at Masseria San Giovanni, in Ottava. All ingredients for a beautiful celebration were present - good music, nice people beaming with happiness, the sun, traditional Italian food, and a beautiful venue. 

The civil ceremony took place at Masseria San Giovanni amongst the orange groves accompanied by live music that rocked every step and every hug.

Being in that part of Italy, we couldn't miss visiting the mythical coast of Polignano a Mare, a cliff with a beautiful view over the sea where the Red Bull Cliff Diving competition takes place.
